Automation System: Captain Digital
<div id="Text"> ==Captain Digital== [Automation_Systems|back] ((('''WORK IN PROGRESS''' - Please understand that we are actively rewriting much of our documentation and this page is currently "under construction"; if there's anything that you'd like to see added to and/or expanded upon, please let us know by [SendSmile|sending us a smile].))) ===Introduction=== RadioTraffic converts to a specific Captain Digital log format. ===Station Configuration=== To configure RadioTraffic to work with Captain Digital, you will first need to modify the station configuration to utilize Captain Digital as the automation system. In the administration module, open 'Stations'. Select the station you want to configure and double click. Once the station configuration is visible, select the 'Files' tab. Select the 'Product' to Captain Digital using the drop down selection tool. The 'Automation Log Path' is where RadioTraffic will export the log to, so set this to the file system folder that Captian Digital will pull the file from. ===Cart Numbers=== Cart numbers are restricted to 9 alpha-numeric characters. If more than 9 characters, the export will automatically truncate the value. ===Automation Commands=== Automation commands are exported as regular cart numbers. ===Log Notes=== Log Notes are exported as regular cart numbers. ===Programs=== Programs are exported as regular cart numbers. ===Avails/Breaks=== Avail markers do not export; however, the avails are used to help determine the segway that will be utilized. ===Log Reconciliation=== RadioTraffic currently doesn't support automatic log reconciliation. If you are interested in assisting us to add this feature, please contact customer service for further details. ==FAQ== ((('''TODO''' Add any questions as they come up to this section.))) ==Additional Information== ((('''TODO''' What other tidbits of information might be useful related to this subject.))) </div> <DIV class=transcludedpage> <div id="Side">{toc} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} {br} </div> </div> <SCRIPT type=text/javascript> var navItem = document.getElementById('ManualTab'); navItem.className = 'active'; </SCRIPT>
