EmailMyTimes is an add-on that enhances ongoing relationships between the station and advertisers by providing them an advanced notification of expected airtimes.

You may or may not already have this filled out.
You may need your local I.T. professional for some of the entries.
Under Settings, Click Group, Options tab. Check mark the Add-on and apply/ok:
EditTemplates
To configure what the email will actually look like, Under
Station, Email tab:
Under the Stations icon in setting, Under Email tab is Invoice windows. Subject and Body.
If left alone
it may be blank but internally this is the default settings that is in RT

EditCustomer
To configure for a
Customer open up the customer page under the scheduling tab:
Add the
Advertiser's Email and check the deliver box (Yellow Oval)
EC IF you need to add more that one email in one window a semi-colon will have to be used. Example: firstaddress@RT.com ; secondaddress@RT.com And any spaces around the semi-colon are ignored

EditUsage
As the Log gets locked, RT checks all the spots played and those customers whom have EmailMyTimes checked with a working address will receive an email.
