This feature adds enhanced functionality to contracts.

Introduction

• Adds several optional enhancements to the editing of Contracts.
• Adds Projection tab to Contracts.
• Adds ability to Cancel a Contract directly from the Contracts window (context menu).
• Adds Notes tab to Contract.
• Enhanced Off-Air Revenue scheduling on a Contract; adding ability to specify the day of the week when scheduling Weekly off-air revenue.
• Adds ability o directly bump, trash and in-trash spots in the Spot Detail window.
• Adds Daily as a scheduling option to Contract.
• Provide for mass approve in PendingContracts.

Adds Projection tab to Contracts.



This ability allows you to get a quick look at a customer's 3 month projections.

Adds Notes tab to Contract.



This is a great way to add a note or a reminder that may be of use to anyone who looks or adds to this contract.



Enhanced Off-Air Revenue scheduling on a Contract; adding ability to specify the day of the week when scheduling Weekly off-air revenue.



With this feature we have given you the choice of changing the day at which you apply a weekly OAR.



Adds ability to directly bump, trash and un-trash spots in the Spot Detail window.



Under spot detail you have the ability to right click on spots under certain conditions and automatically change them, depending on the individual spot.

• Available- You can Trash.
• Trash- You can un-trash.
• Locked- You can Force Bump.

: Adds Daily as a scheduling option to Contract.



Adds the ability to change the schedule of a rotation to Daily.

With the Daily feature you now can apply the number of spots you want to specific days.



With the use of Apply Pattern button you can put down a pattern and have it scheduled for the entire run. you can use this to auto fill with the same number if you just put one number in and click ok.

Administrators will also see a few options under the Group Tab:



You can checkmark these on/off to allow for even more customization.

• Enable Contract Discount: - Adds a section to the contract window to allow for a discount to be added. See below.
• Enable Contract Edit Agency %: - Adds the ability to edit the agency commission in an active contract. See below
• Enable Contract Edit Commission %: - Adds the ability to edit the sales commission in an active contract. See below
• Enable Contract Override Conflict: - Adds the ability to edit the conflict in an active contract.
• Enable Contract Override Customer: - Adds the ability to edit the customer in an active contract.

Enhanced Invoices

• Provides for “Invoice Count” on Contract.
• Adds ability to Trash a spot in the Invoice window.

Enhanced A/R

Include Prepay, Warning, On Hold, Collection and Trashed as additional Customer status values.

• Allows adding item directly to invoice.
  • In Invoice.
  • In Spot Detail.
• Allows removing item directly from invoice.

  • Allows trashing item directly from invoice.

Enhanced Log

• Enhances management of “Prepay” Customers/Contracts.
• Adds ability to reschedule bumped/makegood spots in:

  • In Make Good Detail.
