Introduction

What you can do in a locked log is different than other logs in their other states.

Usage

You can Unlock the log:



Right-click will bring up "Force Make Good". Which will remove a spot and place it on the Makegood list.



After the log is locked, you can export the log file by navigating to File > Export (Automation).

Pending Contract Item Summary

If you try and lock the log and get this pop up:



This window only shows up if you have any pending contracts that need/should be approved.

Rotation Assignments

In Locked and Invoiced Logs under View is the Rotation Assignments window:



This window gives you the ability to see the rotation assignments.

• File
  • Print: Prints the existing visible list.
  • Print Preview: Print previews the existing visible list.
  • Close: This closes the window.
• View
  • Reset: Resets the Columns to base settings

Columns

• Standard
  • Customer: Up in the Group-By bar. See Customer.
  • Contract#: The Contract number.
  • Rotation#: an arbitrary number RT gives for the rotation
  • Lines: The number of lines per rotation.
  • Start time: The Stat times for that rotation.
  • Copy: The Name of the Copy.
