Music Master
<div id="Text"> ==Music Master== [Automation_Systems|back] ===Introduction=== ((('''WORK IN PROGRESS''' - Please understand that we are actively rewriting much of our documentation and this page is currently "under construction"; if there's anything that you'd like to see added to and/or expanded upon, please let us know by [SendSmile|sending us a smile].))) RadioTraffic converts to a specific Music Master log format. ===Station Configuration=== To configure RadioTraffic to work with Music Master, you will first need modify the station configuration to utilize Music Master as the automation system. In the administration module, open 'Stations'. Select the station you want to configure and double click. Once the station configuration is visible, select the 'Files' tab. Select the 'Product' to Music Master using the drop down selection tool. The 'Automation Log Path' is where RadioTraffic will export the log to, so set this to the file system folder that Music Master will pull the file from. ===Cart Numbers=== Music Master limits cart numbers to 10 characters; however, see the example below where the number of characters is shown to be 6. ===Categories=== Categories must be configured in order to export to Music Master. ===Automation Commands=== Automation commands are exported as cart numbers. ===Log Notes=== Log Notes are currently not exported. ===Programs=== Programs are currently not exported. ===Avails/Breaks=== Avail markers do not export and are used strictly inside of RT as a means of scheduling. ===Log Reconciliation=== Assisted reconciliation is not supported due to Music Master being a music system, not an automation system. The file exported to Music Master is "merged" with music and then sent and processed by an automation system; when setting up assisted reconciliation, choose the automation system that is actually being used - not Music Master. ==FAQ== ((('''TODO''' Add any questions as they come up to this section.))) ==Additional Information== The following is what we currently have from Music Master as to the "specification and requirements" for a [log].
