Commissions

Layout

This section is where you set the sales commission rates for Salespeople. You can only set one sales commission type per SalesPerson although you can have many different sales commission percentages. It can be launched directly from Settings.

Main Menu

File
- New: Creates a new Commission.
- Open: Opens the highlighted Commission.
- Print: Prints the existing visible list.
- Print Preview: Print previews the existing visible list.
- Close: Closes the window.
View
- Archived - This is a "toggle". By default, the toggle is off; clicking it will activate the option, placing a check next to the menu item. When activated, all Copy that has been archived will be displayed. Clicking it again will toggle it back off. See Archiver.
- Trashed - This is a "toggle". By default, the toggle is off; clicking it will activate the option, placing a check next to the menu item. When activated, all trashed copy that has been "Trashed" will be displayed. Clicking it again will toggle it back off.
- Reset - Reset the layout to base settings.
- Refresh - Refreshes the page. (F5)

Context Menu

Open
Opens the highlighted Commission.
New
Creates a new Commission.
Merge: Merges one commission into another - see below.
Archived - Places the high-lighted Commission in Archived status.
Trashed - Places the high-lighted Commission in ~~Trashed~~ status.

Merge and Multi-Select:

Merge, will move all allocated areas assigned from the original sales commission to the merged one, you assign it to, and then deletes the original sales commission selected.

Multi-Select, allows you to Shift/Left click or ctrl/left click to gather a few commissions and right click to open the Context menu and apply to all highlighted.

Hot Keys

F1: Launches the help system (requires correctly configured web browser).
F4 or Ins: Creates a new Commission.
F5: Refreshes the view from the database.
F6 or Esc: Closes the window.
Enter: Opens the highlighted Commission.
Home: Moves the highlight line to the top of the list.
End: Moves the highlight line to the bottom of the list.

New Button

Clicking on the New button a creates a new Commission.

To add, type a name and the Commission percentage, Click Apply and OK.
